We’re looking for a skilled and self-motivated Field Service Technician. In this role, you’ll provide technical support to clients, perform repairs, and commission equipment. You will also play a key part in ensuring compliance, maintaining records, and supporting both internal teams and customers on-site and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide written reports to clients on repairs, service work, and returns
• Prepare, submit, and maintain accurate records of warranty claims
• Deliver technical support via phone and on-site visits to customers
• Offer technical support to the internal sales team
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and documentation
• Commission new equipment at customer sites
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment in specific customer applications
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and service calls
• Willingness to travel, including after-hours and cross-border assignments
• Assist in spare parts stock control and warehouse operations
• Support the preparation of customer quotations when required
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

• Qualified Electrician or Technician with N3 or a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in Control Systems
• Hands-on experience with Control Systems, Electronics, and/or Pneumatics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills—both written and interpersonal
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
