We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join the team and play a key role in driving financial strategy, insight, and control across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the retail division

• Monitor and report on financial performance, sales margins, and inventory levels

• Provide commercial analysis to support pricing, promotions, and business expansion

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and supplier payments

• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders

• Supervise and mentor junior finance staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CIMA, ACCA, or CPA preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, ideally in retail, FMCG or wholesale

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting tools

• Excellent analytical, Excel, and ERP system skills (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

• Commercial mindset with the ability to influence key business decisions

• Strong leadership and communication skills
