Key Responsibilities: Manage and resolve client support tickets via email or phone. Configure client software, email accounts, and troubleshoot related issues. Maintain and troubleshoot Office 365 portal and Exchange. Conduct regular patch management, hardware support, and antivirus updates via RMM tools. Academic Requirements: A 2 or 3-year Diploma in IT support services, or A and N certifications.
