Roles and Responsibilities Main Job Responsibilities: The main duties include, but is not limited to: Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners Maintain executives calendars and set up meetings Make travel arrangements for business trips (Executives and Senior Management) Keep up with expenses and provide monthly reports/recons Format information for internal and external communication: send memos & emails build presentations and send reports.
