• Work on renewable energy projects, including project financing and development.
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate banking & finance facilities agreements.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to deliver strategic solutions.
• Assist in business development and client retention efforts.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualifications: Admitted attorney with an LLB degree.
• Experience: Strong background in banking and finance law. Experience in renewable energy projects is highly desirable.
• Legal Expertise: Excellent judgment, ethics, and professional reputation.
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Leadership & Teamwork: Ability to mentor junior staff and work collaboratively.
• Business Acumen: A proven track record of profitable personal production and compliance with administrative policies.
