Duties and Responsibilities Assist with customer communication via email, calls, and CRM updates. Support the IT department with basic system queries, troubleshooting, and administrative tasks. Provide day-to-day support to the Sales Engineers. Assist the sales team with sales-related queries and customer requests. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth sales and IT operations. Contribute to general administrative and operational tasks as needed. Minimum Requirements: 3rd-year student or recent graduate in Information Systems, IT / Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering. Basic exposure to IT systems and CRM software. Strong communication, confidence, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team environment and manage tasks independently. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional work ethic.
