Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Clear and effective communication skills. Good attention to detail. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work. Responsibilities Ensuring the company is consistently compliant with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards, which may include managing external audits on the company to maintain these certifications. Maintaining existing policies and procedures in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards, and any other applicable industry standards. Conducting thorough due diligence and audits, where appropriate, on the company’s potential and current suppliers, in line with the relevant ISO and GxP standards. Managing client audits conducted on the company and drafting the relevant remediation responses and/or plans. Monitoring the company’s identified risks and identifying creative and effective solutions to these risks. Managing the company’s Corrective and Preventative Actions (“CAPAs”) platform, monitoring these CAPAs and implementing creative and effective solutions to these CA-PAs.
