ENVIRONMENT:

A Tourism and Hospitality company providing luxury accommodation seeks a highly skilled & solutions-oriented IT Technician with strategic vision to join its team. You will provide proactive supervisory mechanisms for ensuring seamless operations of IT systems – strategic planning, implementation of systems and fulfilling expectations on Group EXCO level while ensuring service levels are delivered and maintained at highest possible priority and quality, resulting in efficiency and productivity throughout the group. The successful incumbent must have Grade 12/Matric, a Microsoft Certification or similar and preferably an IT/Computer Systems related tertiary qualification with 5 years experience in an IT Management role including extensive knowledge of complicated virtual systems, connectivity mechanisms and network security. You must be proficient with MS Office, MS SQL, Hosted Microsoft Exchange, Mimecast, VMware, Citrix, Sophos, Sage VIP, Pastel Partner and Evolution.
