Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Gauteng, Johannesburg Metro, Sandton

Job Type: 12 Month Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Job Duties:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems
• Identify areas for improvement and efficiency within the organisation
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs
• Create detailed reports and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive change

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related qualification

Experience:

• 5 years proven experience as a Business Analyst

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of business processes and systems
• Ability to gather and analyse data effectively
• Proficiency in creating reports and documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
