Location: Limpopo, South Africa

Position Summary:
Hire Resolve’s Client are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Plant Manager to oversee the mining operations at their operations in Limpopo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the ISO 9001:2015 standard
• Develop and implement production plans to meet production targets and deadlines
• Monitor and optimize plant operations to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
• Manage the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and machinery.
• Develop and implement cost-effective strategies to minimize production costs.
• Lead and supervise a team of production staff, including training and development.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resources.
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations on production activities for senior management.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve plant operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Concrete Management, Logistics Management or Operations Management
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the mining industry.
• Certificate in Quality Management or ISO Standards
• Certificate in Cementitious Products or Concrete Management
• Bachelors degree in operations management /Logistics/Metallurgy
• Certificate in Financial Management
• Valid driver’s license.
