Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
2. Proficiency in logistics or dispatch management systems
3. Proven experience in logistics, dispatch or operations management (min 3 – 5 years)
4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
5. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in schedules or priorities
8. Availability for flexible work hours where necessary

Duties & Responsibilities:
Compliance and Safety:
– Ensure all dispatch activities align with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations
– Address operational risks and implement solutions to mitigate service disruptions

Technology & Systems:
– Utilize company provided systems and software to manage fleet movement and schedules
– Troubleshoot and resolve system and equipment-related issues promptly

Customer Coordination:
– Communicate with customers to confirm delivery requirements and resolve any logistical issues
– Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Operational Supervision:
– Oversee the assembly and packing functions of the Dispatch department
– Supervise daily operations of the dispatch team, including scheduling, routing, and delivery of customer orders.
– Monitor workflows to ensure timely dispatch of goods and compliance with delivery schedules

Staff Management:
– Lead, train, and mentor dispatch personnel to perform at optimal levels
– Assign tasks, manage workload distribution, and evaluate team performance

Data and Reporting:
– Track dispatch performance metrics using relevant tools and technologies
– Provide management with regular reports on dispatch efficiency, delays, and overall performance
