Role SummaryWere looking for a hands-on Merchandiser & Sales Representative to support our expansion into new retail spaces and strengthen our presence in existing ones. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, is passionate about FMCG, and enjoys working directly with customers and retail partners.Key Responsibilities:Merchandising:Deliveries at outlying clients.Ensure products are properly stocked, front-facing, and attractively displayed in retail spaces.Implement and maintain in-store promotional materials and planograms.Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment or reordering.Instore stock control.Report on stock movements, sales trends, and competitor activity.Market Growth & AdministrationIdentify new retail opportunities and assist with onboarding new stockists.Capture field activity reports, customer feedback, and visual merchandising documentation.Provide input on improving processes, products, and promotional strategies.Requirements:Matric (Grade 12)2 years minimum experience in merchandising, sales, in FMCG preferred (but not essential).2 years minimum driving experienceExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, self-manage, proactive, and comfortable working independently.Drivers license and own reliable transport.
