To succeed in this role, you should have Grade 12 (Matric) with an N3 Millwright qualification, along with 2-3 years of experience in a production facility or similar environment. You should have in-depth knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems in machinery and equipment, as well as computer skills, particularly MS Office (Excel and Outlook). Previous experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) will be an advantage. A good understanding of the OHS Act and regulations is essential. You must also be willing to work overtime as required. The ability to work well under pressure and a collaborative mindset will ensure success in this role.
