Job & Company Description:
Join an established leader in industrial automation, instrumentation, and control systems, servicing key industries such as FMCG, mining, and manufacturing. You’ll be responsible for managing a sales team, developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and achieving revenue targets—while providing technical support and market insights.

Education:
– National Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related field)

Job Experience & Skills Required:
– 2+ years’ experience in automation/control sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
– Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, drives, instrumentation, and industrial networks
– Proven track record in business development and achieving/exceeding sales targets
– Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team
– Excellent client liaison, negotiation, and presentation skills
– Familiarity with tendering processes, proposals, and contract management
– Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify new market opportunities
– Knowledge of HSEQ requirements in sales/project environments
