Employer Description Company specializes in manufacturing machinery Job Description Your duties will encompass: Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch and returns Including external warehousing 3rd party. Ensure the accuracy of inventory records through cycle counts, annual stock takes, and reconciliation. Maintain high standard of Housekeeping Experience implementing 5S (sort, sustain, set in order, standardize, shine) essential. Establish and maintain SOPs, Skills Matrix, and Training Registers for warehouse activities. Plan, manage, and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including transport scheduling and routing. Manage the process of direct shipments to customer in other countries, to warehouse and to 3rd party warehouses. Execute the load schedule for cross border loads to countries including but not limited to Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi and Mozambique. Liaise with transport providers and 3PLs to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery. Monitor transport cost performance and resolve delivery exceptions. Implement and monitor warehouse and logistics KPIs including OTD, OTIF, order accuracy, Order Lead times, Factory Output and turnaround times. Supervise staffing levels, shift planning, and workload prioritization. System & Compliance Oversight Qualifications Degree in Supply Chain Management Skills Minimum of 5 years experience in a warehouse and logistics leadership role. Strong knowledge of warehouse and transport operations, including systems (SAP). Experience managing 3PLs and executing logistics contracts/SLA. Valid forklift license.
