Minimum Required Qualifications: Matric Certificate, RE5 qualification and FAIS compliance (e.g. NQF5 Wealth Management) are mandatory. Relevant certifications or training in sales or insurance are advantageous. Minimum Required Experience: Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a high-volume, target-driven environment. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred. Required Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Results-driven with excellent negotiation skills. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
