• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automation.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and best practices.
• Previous experience in MSP or IT consulting environments.

 
Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in networking and server administration, preferably in managed services or IT consulting.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching).
• Proficient in server administration (Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with storage technologies (SAN, NAS, RAID) and network security (firewalls, VPNs).
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent are highly advantageous.
