This role requires an accomplished hospitality professional with strong <strong>F&B expertise</strong>, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive both guest satisfaction and revenue performance.</p><hr><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Ensure all Heads of Department achieve and exceed revenue and guest satisfaction targets.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the General Manager/Area GM on capital projects, expansion, and service excellence initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Develop and execute hotel budgets, forecasts, and long-term strategies.</p></li><li><p>Lead and mentor department heads, ensuring high performance, accountability, and career progression.</p></li><li><p>Maintain rigorous service standards across all guest-facing and operational areas.</p></li><li><p>Monitor departmental costs, analyse results, and implement corrective actions.</p></li><li><p>Respond to audits and ensure continual improvement.</p></li><li><p>Drive guest satisfaction initiatives, monitor feedback, and implement enhancements.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular communication briefings with HODs.</p></li></ul><hr><h2>Requirements & Qualifications</h2><h3>Essential:</h3><ul><li><p>Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 5 years senior operational management experience in a 5* hotel.</p></li><li><p><strong>Proven track record in Food & Beverage operations</strong> (must have hands-on F&B exposure).</p></li><li><p>Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.</p></li><li><p>In-depth knowledge of the hotel and leisure/service sector.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional leadership and motivational skills.</p></li><li><p>Resilient, accountable, and capable of working under pressure.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Previous Operations Manager experience in a branded 5* luxury hotel.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of hotel property management systems.</p></li><li><p>Exposure to international hotel operations and multi-cultural environments (preferred)</p></li></ul><hr><h2>Package & Benefits</h2><ul><li><p><strong>Salary:</strong> USD 3,200 $4,166 NETT (commensurate with experience).</p></li><li><p><strong>Accommodation provided</strong> (single candidates only).</p></li><li><p>Full benefits package including medical cover.</p></li><li><p>Career progression within a globally recognised luxury hotel group.</p></li></ul><hr><h2>Application Instructions</h2><p>?
