<h3><strong>Job Overview</strong></h3><p>We are seeking a <strong>dynamic and service-driven Restaurant Manager</strong> to oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations at a busy, high-end wine estate restaurant. The ideal candidate will lead a dedicated service team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and upholding the highest service standards.</p><hr><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Oversee daily <strong>front-of-house operations</strong>, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery</p></li><li><p>Manage, lead, and motivate the <strong>FOH team</strong>, driving a culture of excellence and professionalism</p></li><li><p>Handle <strong>guest relations</strong> proactively, addressing queries, feedback, and complaints promptly</p></li><li><p>Support the coordination of <strong>events, functions, and private bookings</strong> to ensure seamless execution</p></li><li><p>Work closely with the management team to implement <strong>service standards, SOPs, and brand guidelines</strong></p></li><li><p>Monitor floor activity and ensure tables are turned efficiently while maintaining a premium guest experience</p></li><li><p>Assist with <strong>stock control, ordering, and inventory checks</strong> for FOH supplies</p></li><li><p>Conduct daily pre-service briefings and training sessions to enhance team performance</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with <strong>health, safety, and hygiene regulations</strong> at all times</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver an exceptional, integrated guest experience</p></li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Minimum <strong>35 years experience</strong> in a similar supervisory or floor management role</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership skills with proven ability to <strong>manage and inspire teams</strong></p></li><li><p>Excellent <strong>guest relations</strong> and communication skills</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of <strong>restaurant operations, events, and service standards</strong></p></li><li><p>Highly organised with strong <strong>problem-solving and decision-making abilities</strong></p></li><li><p>Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain composure during peak service periods</p></li><li><p>Experience with <strong>POS systems</strong> and basic financial controls advantageous</p></li><li><p>Must be well-presented, professional, and passionate about hospitality</p></li></ul><hr><p><br></p>
