This client is embarking on an exciting finance transformation journey and is looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join their team. What You’ll Be Doing Process Improvement & Mapping: Review and streamline financial workflows across multiple sites and functions. ERP Migration Execution: Support planning, reconciliations, and data validation during the move to Sage300. Financial Operations & Reporting: Ensure accuracy across AP, AR, GL, cashbook, and fixed assets while supporting reporting and compliance. Training & Change Management: Develop training materials, guide finance teams, and act as the go-to expert for Sage300. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with IT, operations, auditors, and senior leadership to ensure a smooth transition. What They’re Looking For BCom Accounting. Completed articles (SAICA / SAIPA) 5 years’ post-articles accounting experience in a multi-entity environment . Proven ERP/system migration experience (Sage300 highly beneficial). Strong IFRS knowledge, consolidations & reconciliations. Advanced Excel and data analysis capability. Industry experience in fuel, retail, or FMCG will be an added advantage. Ideal Candidate Analytical and detail-oriented. Strong communicator and effective trainer. Skilled in project management and process mapping.
