South Africa: Finance Manager – Consumer Lending Division posted by Network International
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full finance function — from budgeting and forecasting to monthly reporting.
- Ensure alignment with IFRS standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Deliver strategic financial analysis to support executive and operational decisions.
- Lead and mentor a small finance team, driving accuracy and efficiency.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- A BCom in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (essential).
- 5–7 years of experience in finance, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Solid background in consumer lending, microlending, or financial services.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong systems knowledge.
- A strategic thinker who’s equally comfortable in the details.
