Duties: Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner Manage service bookings and scheduling to maximise workshop efficiency Answer incoming calls and attend to customer queries promptly Capture and update customer and vehicle details accurately on the system Liaise between customers, service advisors, and the workshop to ensure clear communication Provide updates to customers regarding the progress of their vehicles Handle invoicing, job cards, and required administrative duties Support the Service Department with general reception and clerical tasks Requirements: Matric Certificate (Grade 12) Well-spoken, well-presented, with a professional and friendly personality Computer literate (MS Office proficiency essential) Knowledge of BSI (Business Systems International) will be an added advantage Previous Motor Industry experience (service or reception environment) will be an added advantage Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work Saturdays as rostered Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
