Role Requirements Qualifications & Experience Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field (postgraduate advantageous). 1015 years HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role within the fuel/retail/QSR sector (non-negotiable). Proven ability to manage HR across a workforce of 4,000 employees. Strong expertise in labour relations, B-BBEE, and Employment Equity. ERP/HRIS systems experience and advanced HR reporting capability. Advantageous: experience in petroleum or convenience retail. Key Competencies & Skills Strategic leadership and business acumen.
