• Operational Management
  • Supervise and coordinate daily car wash operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
  • Monitor workflow, scheduling, and productivity of staff.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Technical & Maintenance
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain automated car wash equipment and machinery.
  • Conduct regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repair on car wash systems.
  • Oversee chemical usage, calibration, and safe handling of cleaning agents.
  • Liaise with service providers for major equipment repairs and technical support.
• Staff Management
  • Develop staff on best practices in equipment use, safety, and customer service.
  • Implement performance management and disciplinary measures when required by liaising with the Human Resources Department.
• Customer Service
  • Ensure excellent customer experience by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor service quality and implement improvements.
  • Manage customer loyalty programs, promotions, and feedback systems.
• Financial & Reporting
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and inventory of chemicals and supplies.
  • Track daily sales and prepare operational reports.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Trade test qualification or technical certification in equipment maintenance will be advantageous.
• Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in a Management role, preferably in a car wash, automotive service, or technical maintenance environment.
• Proven technical knowledge of automated car wash systems, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical control systems.
• Strong understanding of chemical application, water recycling systems, and environmental safety standards.
• Requires weekend and public holiday availability.
• Physical work will be required for equipment checks, repairs and supervision.
