• Manage offshore crew rotation schedules and maintain up-to-date personnel records and certifications.
• Act as the link between offshore staff, HR, and project management.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of offshore and technical staff, ensuring all certifications and pre-mobilization requirements are met.
• Coordinate international travel, visas, work permits, and accommodations for crews.
• Ensure compliance with client, legal, and regulatory requirements through accurate documentation and reporting.
• Verify timesheets, track allowances/expenses, and assist with payroll queries.
• Promote HSE standards and support crew welfare during assignments.
• Liaise with clients on mobilization schedules and personnel readiness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years’ experience in personnel coordination/logistics within oil & gas/offshore.
• Strong knowledge of international HR, labor law, and immigration processes.
• Familiarity with offshore certification and HSE standards (BOSIET, HUET, OGUK, STCW).
• Excellent organizational, scheduling, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office.
• Experience managing multinational offshore crews is highly advantageous.
