• Analyse existing systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, recommended enhancements and optimisations to improve performance and functionality
• Conduct and oversee testing activities, including unit testing, system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the alignment of implementation solutions with business requirements 
• Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals, technical guides and system documentation to support ongoing system maintenance and user support 
• Oversee the change management process by conceptualizing suggestions and solutions for strategic and operational changes 

Education:

• Degree in Informatics, Industrial Engineer or related 
• 3 – 5 years experience in process and business analysis, systems analysis, design or related 
• Experience with UML, Data modelling and process mapping 
• Some Project Management experience 
• Must have experience with SQL (SQL Queries)
