• Accurately prepare and submit warranty claims to manufacturers or warranty providers.
• Ensure all warranty documentation is complete, correct, and submitted on time.
• Monitor and track outstanding claims and process rejections or adjustments as needed.
• Liaise with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers regarding warranty policies and procedures.
• Keep updated on manufacturer bulletins and warranty policies.

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12
• At least 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within the motor dealership environment
• Experience working with Dealer Management Systems (e.g., Pinnacle, Kerridge, Evolve)
• Sound knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and deadline-driven
