• At least 5 years in similar position with experience in stores and warehousing
• Prepare Direct Issue / Receipt Sheet for Stock corrections and get approval from senior management
• Create new spares part numbers for new spares.
• Prepare all documentation and parts to be returned to overseas suppliers with the assistance from the Store Controller
• Follow up on Return Credit Notes from Suppliers.
• Prepare, process and send quotations and invoices to customers as required.
• Ensure that all filing is completed as required (Orders, Return Vouchers and Supplier Invoices).
• Invoice all Spares orders, service & repair jobs.
