<p><strong>Luxury Wellness Retreat & Hotel</strong> close to <strong>Franschhoek</strong> is looking for a <strong>Housekeeping Steward.</strong></p><p>You will excel in this role if you are <strong>flexible and able to multitask</strong>. Your high level of <strong>attention to detail</strong> with excellent <strong>organisational skills</strong>, and the ability to <strong>learn and adapt</strong> in the environment will be essential.</p><p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><p>Upkeep and cleaning of hotel rooms and communal guest areas</p><p>Perform turndown and general housekeeping services to facilitate a seamless stay for hotel guests</p><p>Exceeding guests expectations, from arrival to departure in all areas of their stay</p><p>Ensuring that all guests special requests, requirements are communicated clearly and are met by all departments</p><p>Deliver exceptional service</p><p>Thinking out of the box to make guests stay exceptional</p><p>Adhere to and maintain Health and Safety standards</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>Grade 12</p><p>Minimum of <strong>2 years of housekeeping</strong> experience in a <strong>luxury hotel</strong> or similar</p><p>Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques and methods</p><p>Excellent time keeping</p><p>Ability to follow SOP standards</p><p>Attention to detail</p><p>Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure</p><p>Impeccable grooming standards</p><p>Personal and professional integrity</p><p>Good communication skills in English</p><p>High level of physical endurance</p><p>Ability to work shifts</p><p>Preference will be given to candidates from Franschhoek and neighbouring areas</p><p> </p>
