• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (advantageous)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar finance role
• Proficient in MS Excel and experienced with Evolve system
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of credit risk and collections processes
• Code 8 driver’s licence
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Confident, proactive, and team-oriented
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
