Job & Company Description:
This opportunity will see you lead and manage the shared services finance function, driving efficiencies, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting the business through strong financial controls. The role requires a hands-on leader who can streamline processes, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Other duties include:

• Overseeing the shared services team and ensuring accurate processing across functions
• Driving process improvements and automation within the finance environment
• Preparing, reviewing, and monitoring management reports and reconciliations
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, policies, and controls

Education:

• Qualified CA(SA)

Job Experience & Skills required:

• Minimum of 2 years’ post-articles experience in a shared services environment
• FMCG or manufacturing sector experience highly beneficial
• Strong leadership and process improvement experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
