<p><strong>Junior Project Site Manager.</strong></p><p>Exquisite 5* Game Lodge Hoedspruit.</p><p>We are looking for a candidate that has a blend of technical expertise, project management proficiency, and strong interpersonal skills<br>to successfully lead and manage construction projects from start to finish.</p><p><strong>Key Characteristics and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>1. Effective time management skills are essential for prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and staying on schedule<br>5. Must be organized by Managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively<br>6. The ability to adapt to changing circumstances, unexpected challenges, and new technologies<br>7. Must be able to effectively delegate tasks to team members, ensuring that work is distributed fairly and efficiently<br>8. Bilingual and strong communication skills – Clear and concise communication is essential for conveying project information, updates, and expectations to all team members<br>9. Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and fairly is crucial for maintaining a productive work environment and workforce<br>10. Knowledge of safety codes, regulations, and best practices to ensure a safe working environment. Safety compliance – enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards<br>11. Must be able to address unforeseen challenges, make timely decisions especially when faced with unexpected challenges or changes to keep the project on track<br>12. Strong problem-solving skills – Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise, must be able to identify problems, analyse their causes, and develop effective solutions<br>13. Budget and Cost control to ensure that the project stays within financial constraints</p><p>14. Attention to detail – Quality Control checks and oversee the quality of work and ensure that it meets the required standards and specifications<br>15. Adaptability and Flexibility – must be able to adapt to changing circumstances and adjust plans as needed<br>16. Must be flexible and able to work on days off when required<br>17. Buying / ordering of materials for each phase of the project<br>18. Must have a hands-on approach<br>19. Supervising construction workers and subcontractors<br>20. Construction Knowledge – A deep understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques is essential<br>21. Technical skills – Construction equipment knowledge and understanding the various types of machinery and tools used in building and infrastructure projects, their specific functions, and how to manage them effectively<br>22. Strong planning and scheduling skills are needed<br>23. Proficiency in reading and interpreting of building plans<br>24. Valid Drivers License Code 10 + PDP<br>25. 2 4 Years experience in the same/similar position</p><p>Package includes:<br>1. <strong>Monthly Package of R250 000-00 (Cost to Company) Negotiable</strong><br>Salaries will be reviewed on an annual basis</p><p>2.
