Assisting Staff with daily Timesheets Capturing of timesheet hours in excel and Sage payroll. Sage payroll function, reports, and payslips. Monthly Tool inspections Ensuring staff do vehicle inspections and reporting on vehicle inspection findings. Maintaining vehicle expenditure spreadsheets. Controlling the labelling and listing of assets/tools Controlling the issuing of PPE and staff uniforms. Assisting with stock deliveries Filing Proficient in excel Fast learner and accuracy. Flexibility – being able to be a team player and step in where help is needed. Own transport and drivers license
