Pretoria: Project Admin Assistant

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Advanced Excel (experience with Power Query, Text Functions, Date & Time Functions, Remove Duplicates, Data Validation V/X-lookup, Subtotal Formula, Pivot tables and able to create reports and automated reports) will be assessed during an interview Analytical and detail orientated Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee and organize the Directors diary, prioritizing key messages and ensuring action items are addressed. Contribute to the creation and recording of Standard Operating Procedures to streamline processes. Create, update, and interpret reports and dashboards to monitor vital metrics and operational advancements. Monitor task progress and completion by other departments, track deadlines, and deliver regular progress reports. Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure action items are completed. Perform errands, manage various administrative duties, and offer personal assistance to the Director as required.
