Employer Description Our client is a supplier of mechanical products and services Job Description Manage the contract lifecycle for projects and agreements, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and service agreements. Ensure that contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards Review contract terms and conditions, identifying risks, ambiguities, and opportunities for improvement. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers, customers, and partners to achieve favourable outcomes and mitigate risks Administer contracts throughout their lifecycle, tracking key milestones, deliverables, and obligations. Monitor contract performance, ensuring compliance with terms, deadlines, and quality standards. Address contract modifications, amendments, and disputes in a timely and effective manner Evaluate supplier performance, conduct supplier audits, and resolve performance issues or non-compliance with contractual requirements Identify and assess risks associated with contracts, including legal, financial, operational, and reputational risks. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards in all contract activities. Collaborate with legal counsel and other internal stakeholders to address legal issues, disputes, and contract interpretations as needed. Qualifications National Certificate NQF Level 4 / Grade 12 Relevant University Degree NQF Level 6 Supply chain Management accreditation (Advantageous) Skills Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a supply chain/procurement environment.
