My client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operational Financial Manager to join their leadership team. As part of Manco , you will play a critical role in shaping the companys financial strategy, overseeing operations, and ensuring compliance while enabling long-term business success. This senior role requires a strong balance between strategic vision and hands-on operational management . This role is based in Menlyn, Pretoria East. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Planning Lead the budgeting and forecasting process while aligning financial planning with the companys long-term strategy. Financial Operations Management Oversee daily financial operations, ensure strong internal controls, and manage cash flow effectively. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax legislation, and internal policies, while implementing robust risk management practices. Leadership & Team Development Inspire, lead, and develop the finance team to achieve high performance and operational excellence. Audit & Reporting Manage the external audit process and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with insightful commentary for executive management. Performance Analysis Analyse financial data to identify strengths, weaknesses, risks, and opportunities, providing sound strategic recommendations to drive growth and profitability. Requirements: A Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA(SA) or equivalent preferred). Proven track record in a senior financial management role with operational oversight. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and risk management . Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to financial operations.
