We are seeking a skilled Trailer Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing trailer bodies, assisting in preventative maintenance of a fleet of 150 plus trailers, and supporting other areas of the workshop as needed.

Who are you?

• Skilled in assessing, repairing, and rebuilding trailer chassis
• Proficient in trailer mechanical repairs, electrical wiring, airbrake troubleshooting, and brake system maintenance
• Assist with routine preventative maintenance for trucks and trailers
• Expertise in fibreglass body repairs advantageous
• Experience in welding techniques advantageous

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 Years experience in trailer repair and maintenance
• Qualification in airbrakes, BPW axles and suspension advantageous
• Code 8 Driver’s License
• Willingness to travel for breakdown assistance
