• A proven track record of Board Membership within large, complex organisations.
• Governmental influence and the ability to lobby successfully at Ministerial level.
• A strong academic/professional background (MBA, CA (SA), Advocate, or equivalent).
• Independence, courage, and the respect to stand firm under pressure.
• Of good standing. 

Commitment: Quarterly Board meetings plus adhoc strategic engagements.

Remuneration: Competitive package including retainer, meeting fees, and reimbursements.
