Solid experience with production lines & industrial baking equipment
Know-how in electrical, plumbing, tiling & general maintenance
Strong leadership skills – able to manage people & processes
Sharp at R&M scheduling and problem-solving under pressure
Flexibility to jump in during evenings & weekends for emergencies
Willingness to travel nationally when duty calls
Your own driver’s licence & tools

In addition, a formal qualification in electrical | plumbing and managerial experience is a non-negotiable.
