Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Managing front-desk duties: greeting clients, answering calls, handling bookings Data capturing Providing administrative support to the workshop team and management Maintaining filing systems and general office organisation Assisting with basic finance functions such as debtors and creditors Capturing and processing data using Pastel Accounting Handling correspondence and managing diaries where needed Requirements: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role Strong administrative and communication skills Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure Must have a valid drivers license Experience in debtors/creditors processing is advantageous Proficiency in Pastel Accounting is a strong advantage
