• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of buildings, equipment, and systems.
• Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general facility maintenance.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
• Assist with installations, minor renovations, and relocation of equipment or furniture.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in maintenance, repairs, or a similar role.
• Practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and reliability.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to handle manual tasks.
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
