? What You’ll Be Driving
? Governance & Standards
- Design and implement PMO frameworks, templates, and delivery methodologies
- Define and uphold governance standards across agile squads
- Develop project portfolio dashboards and executive reporting tools
? Change Management & Communication
- Own organisational change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter)
- Lead communication strategies for execs, teams, and clients
- Drive adoption, training, and engagement across all transformation initiatives
? Strategic Alignment
- Align projects to company-wide OKRs and strategic priorities
- Facilitate cross-squad planning, dependency management, and resource optimisation
- Lead quarterly planning cycles and prioritisation efforts
? Onboarding & PM Deployment
- Create standardised onboarding playbooks for teams and new hires
- Deploy PMs across Tech, Ops, and Support with consistent delivery governance
- Build a PM community of practice and champion capability uplift
Process & Quality
- Standardise delivery workflows, quality gates, and risk management protocols
- Continuously improve predictability, velocity, and project outcomes
- Implement escalation models and lessons-learned processes
? Stakeholder Management
- Deliver executive-level reporting on delivery health and KPIs
- Engage with external clients on project commitments and SLAs
- Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the business
? What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years in senior PMO leadership or enterprise project management
- Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and scaled delivery frameworks
- Proven experience setting up PMO structures in growing or scaling companies
- Solid grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and tech delivery
- Advanced knowledge of project tools: Jira, Monday.com, MS Project, etc.
- Strong strategic alignment experience (OKRs, cross-functional planning)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Change management experience using frameworks like ADKAR, Kotter
- Familiarity with ISO27001, SOC2, or compliance-related project governance (bonus)
- Experience using AI-powered productivity/reporting tools (advantageous)
? Bonus Points For:
- Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or Prosci
- Experience coaching or mentoring PMs and squads
- Exposure to mining, logistics, or industrial environments
- Success implementing communication frameworks across diverse teams
