Malelane: Farm Manager

Minimum requirements: Matric Relevant qualification in Agriculture or a related field Approximately 5 years’ experience in a farming environment, with a strong understanding of day-to-day farm operations Proven experience working with banana and/or vegetable production is essential Experience in packhouse operations will be considered a strong advantage Fluency in a second or third language will be advantageous Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse team effectively Consultant: Rene Otte – Dante Personnel Greenstone
