South Africa: Warehouse Order Processing Lead

Minimum requirements: 3- 5years of experience in Warehousing / Fulfilment Valid RSA drivers license Diploma in Supply Chain / Business / Logistics or similar Supervise a team of fulfilment clerks and picker/packers to ensure that orders are processed accurately, efficiently and 100% within SLA Ensure that Picking & Packing is on time & in full for each Sales Channel, being Retail, Digital, & Wholesale channels Ensure that gift wrapping and gift cards are completed as per the customers request with 100% accuracy and in In line with SOP Monitor individual picker/packer performance to ensure minimum pick/pack outputs and metrics are being met met and exceeded daily Ensure that the Fulfilment DC and pack stations maintain a world-class standard of organisation and neatness throughout the day at all times Consultant: Debbie Watkyns – Dante Personnel Cape Town
