Were looking for a full-time Receptionist / Administrator to join our salon in Somerset West. This role is ideal for someone whos organised, reliable, and has an eye for detail, someone who can help keep the salon running smoothly while supporting both our team and clients. What you’ll do: Manage bookings and the daily schedule Open and close the salon Ensure treatment stations are stocked and tools are sanitised Greet and assist clients throughout their visit Communicate daily with the salon owner Handle basic admin tasks and stock checks Coordinate laundry pick-ups/drop-offs Capture beautiful client nail photos for our social mediaYoull play a key role in creating a calm, well-run environment and helping us showcase the beautiful work our nail techs do.In-salon, Tuesday to Saturday (with one weekday off)Somerset WestBonus if youve worked in admin or beauty/wellness before.
