Job Description
Design and produce digital assets such as banners, carousels, and social media graphics for campaigns and brand communications.
Create visually impactful PowerPoint presentations and digital collateral.
Adapt and optimize designs for different digital platforms and formats.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and account teams in Belgium via digital platforms.
Ensure brand consistency and high-quality standards across all deliverables.
Stay updated with the latest digital design trends, tools, and technologies.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently in a remote setting.
Requirements
1-4 years of experience in digital design or a similar hybrid role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital work (banners, social media, presentations, etc.).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, and PowerPoint.
Experience designing for social media, web, and digital campaigns.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and digital best practices.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills
Experience with animation or motion graphics (After Effects or similar).
Familiarity with feed-based advertising and automation tools.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Interest in AI-assisted design tools and workflow automation.
Additional Notes
This is a hybrid digital design role, not a pure graphic design or coding position. The focus is on versatility, creativity, and digital execution across multiple formats and platforms.
