Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Manage marketing campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or product development in the food/food retail industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in the food industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
