Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Mentorship:
    • Lead by example, setting high standards for the sales team and fostering a culture of excellence.
    • Mentor and coach junior sales representatives to maximize their potential and enhance their skills.
  2. Sales Strategy:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
    • Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and a focus on finding effective solutions.
  4. Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and a customer-centric approach.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that motivates the sales team to excel.
  5. Training and Development:
    • Implement training programs to enhance the product knowledge and sales skills of the team.
    • Stay updated on industry advancements and share insights with the team.
  6. Career Advancement:
    • Identify and nurture talent within the sales team, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
    • Position yourself for further career advancement within our dynamic company.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Drivers License and Own Vehicle – Non-Negotiable
  • Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably in a leadership position – Experience in networking events, marketing days, etc
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong Administrative Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office 

Remuneration: R20,000 – R25 000pm + Provident
