Reservations Consultant
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Reservations Consultant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, has a passion for customer service, and is driven to deliver seamless guest experiences from the very first point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with efficiency and professionalism
• Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, and services
• Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations while ensuring all details are correctly captured in the system
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and guest satisfaction
• Maximise revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling of services
• Maintain a high standard of customer care, ensuring guests feel valued and supported throughout their journey

Requirements:

• Previous experience in reservations, front office, or a related hospitality role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in reservations systems and Microsoft Office Suite (experience with [insert system, e.g. Opera/Fidelio] is an advantage)
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required
