Job Description
- Assist retail and trade customers at the front counter
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with panel shops and trade customers
- Manage quotations, process orders, and conduct timely follow-ups
- Ensure accurate sales transactions and support the wider Parts Department team
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the trade and retail segments
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in same or similar role in an automotive dealership as a front counter / internal parts salesman
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts (German brands advantageous)
- Proven track record in parts sales and customer service
- Existing client base
- Experience in managing both front counter (retail) customers and panel shop/trade clients
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Target-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
